The right house is usually not the first one that pops up in your search. It might be up in the east Medford hills with a view of the whole valley, on a few acres outside Jacksonville, or down a side street in Ashland.

We'll start by talking about how you actually want to live. Do you want a view, privacy, some land, a short drive to work, a spare room for visiting family? Then I'll narrow things down and go see homes ahead of time when I can, so you're not wasting a Saturday. I'll tell you what I honestly think, including the things listing photos tend to leave out.

Once you find the one, we'll write the offer together and I'll explain every part of it. I'll help line up the right inspections for that property, whether that's the well, septic, roof or outbuildings, and keep track of every deadline until closing.
