Known for
- The Bear Creek Greenway linking both towns
- Quick access to both Medford and Ashland
- New homes going up on rebuilt lots
Good questions to ask before you buy
- New construction: builder warranty and final inspection status
- Rebuilt lots: permit history and any remaining site work
