Downsizing

Selling the family home and finding a place that fits the life you have now.

This is for you if

The kids have moved out, the house feels bigger than it used to, or the stairs and the yard are more work than you want.

Selling the house you raised your family in isn't like any other sale. There are years of memories in it, plus a garage, a shed and a few closets that need sorting before anyone lists anything. It's a big change, and it's okay if it takes a while to feel ready.

We'll figure out the order first. Some people want to buy the next place before they sell, and some want the money from the sale in hand first. I'll walk you through both and what each one means for your timing and your budget. I can also point you to local movers, estate sale companies and contractors I trust, so you're not handling all of it on your own.

Then we'll look for what comes next. That might be a single-level home in Central Point, a condo close to downtown Medford, or something smaller near the grandkids. I'll keep both sides of the move on track until you're settled in.

What I won't do

I won't rush you out of a house you've lived in for twenty years.

Let's meet

Whenever you're ready, I'd love to hear what you're thinking.
