You're moving to Southern Oregon and want someone local to give it to you straight.
Ashland, Jacksonville, east Medford and the small towns up Highway 62 all feel different to live in. Commutes, schools, summer heat and smoke, water, and how close you are to the river or the mountain change a lot from one to the next.
If you're still out of the area, I can walk through homes for you on video, send you my honest take on neighborhoods, and plan a trip with showings lined up ahead of time when you're ready to fly into Medford.
